Emotional Freedom Technique – EFT Tapping

About Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT Tapping is available in Trenton, Michigan or via Zoom or Skype with Lezlie Cebulski, ND, EFT, RMT.

Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT Tapping was developed by Gary Craig over 25 years ago. This is a gentle tapping technique on energy points on the body which correspond to emotions. It is effective and has fast results. A variety of techniques based on EFT are now used all over the world.  Dubbed “emotional acupuncture without needles”, it disrupts the energy system behind an emotion or thought and redirects subtle energy throughout the body. It is gentle, fast and effective and gives results beyond conventional psychotherapy.

EFT is a tapping technique which often gives permanent change for a wide variety of emotional and physical symptoms. Actual case histories can be found on www.EFTuniverse.com.
