Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 VCaps® per day, preferably with food.   
 
Warning  Do not exceed 4 Vcaps® daily.  Larger amounts may contribute to photosensitive reactions (skin reddening) in the presence of strong sunlight or tanning beds. If you are pregnant/lactating, or taking any MAO inhibitors or other anti-depressant medications, consult your health care professional prior to use.  May cause drowsiness.  Do not operate this product with alcoholic beverages or while operating heavy machinery.
