1. Q: How many sessions will it take to feel better?

    A:  It depends on several factors: 

                1.  How long you have had this physical or emotional issue.

                2.  If you have several emotional & physical issues at the same time.

                3.  If you apply the recommendations given at the session.

On average, most clients feel substantially better emotionally within one to three session, particularly with issues of anxiety, grief, shame & guilt.  Physical issues which have been ongoing, take longer to clear up, between 5 to 8 sessions.   

 

2.  Q:  What healing modalities do you use?

     A:   A one hour session includes several healing modalities in the same session.  For emotional release of

            anxiety, guilty, shame & grief:  Emotional Freedom Technique, flower essences, aromatherapy 

            specific to the emotion, color light therapy, electro-acupuncture, sound therapy.  

               Supportive dietary changes and supplements are suggested and tested using applied kiniesiology.  

              This combination of therapies releases negative emotions in an amazing & painless way!
