Emotional Freedom Technique was developed by Gary Craig over 25 years ago. This is a gentle tapping technique on energy points on the body which correspond to emotions. It is effective and has fast results. A variety of techniques based on EFT are now used all over the world.  Dubbed "emotional acupuncture without needles", it disrupts the energy system behind an emotion or thought and redirects subtle energy throughout the body. It is gentle, fast and effective and gives results beyond conventional psychotherapy. EFT is a tapping technique which often gives permanent change for a wide variety of emotional and physical symptoms. Lezlie is a gifted intuitive and practices Intuitive EFT which is faster than EFT. By her intuitive gift, she can often find root causes of emotional issues quickly. Guided by this intuitive gift and the use of muscle testing, she uses EFT tapping on her clients to release subconscious emotions. Lezlie is a Dr. of Naturopathy since 2003 and earned a B.A. in Psychology, 1986. She can also help address physical causes which trigger emotional issues. EFT tapping sessions are either on the telephone or in her two Michigan offices.
